Draft legal document

Terms

These draft terms set out simple usage conditions for MorrLog before launch.

Last updated: May 28, 2026

Use of MorrLog

MorrLog is a field logging aid for capturing project notes, evidence, readings, equipment records and exports. You are responsible for deciding whether MorrLog is suitable for your workflow.

Accuracy and review

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of entries, photos, GPS positions, readings, exports and reports before relying on them or sharing them with others.

No certified system claim

MorrLog is not a certified safety, compliance, legal evidence or inspection system unless specifically agreed in writing. Do not use MorrLog as the only source of information where law, safety procedures, professional standards or contract terms require another verified system.

Availability

MorrLog is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mobile devices, operating systems, storage, permissions and third-party sharing services may affect app behavior.

Backups and exports

You should maintain your own backups and exports of important project data. MorrLog stores data locally in the initial version, so device loss, damage, reset or app removal may result in data loss.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MorrLog is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption or decisions made using unverified records. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

These terms may be updated as MorrLog develops. The latest version should be published on this website.
